Connective Communications Romania

Romania is a member state of the European Union since 2007, has a population of 22.355.551, 48,8% of which are male and 51,2% are female, with 68,5% of the total population belonging in the age group of 16-64 years.

The country’s GNP during 2007 was 398.900 million Lei, growth rate during the first semester of 2007 was 13,84% and the yearly per capita income is approximately € 5.484.

The Media have grown significantly in the country, having state and private media, national, regional, local and multiple interest media. Out of the media total, they are divided in:

  • Television: 4 state networks with national transmission range, 42 private and 112 regional and local networks.
  • Radio stations: 5 state stations with national transmission range and 12 with local and regional transmission range, and 45 private with national transmission range.
  • Newspapers: 24 political and financial papers of state coverage and 71 regional and local papers.
  • Magazines: 151 in the lifestyle, TV, financial, political, newsletter and special type categories, most of which have a state coverage/
  • Internet: 10 newsletter portals.

General Manager/Partner of Connective Communications Romania is Nikos Konstantinidis. He has many years of business experience, having been a manager of communication companies in Northern Greece. After moving abroad, he worked for the period 1995 - 1998 as Manager of the Commercial Center of Greek Businesses in Belgrade. In 1998 he founded a food company and in 2006 he founded the television station EUROCHANNEL, which focuses mainly on matters of the Romanian Market.
